We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. All orders are processed within two business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We work with trusted UK carriers including Evri, DPD UK, Yodel, and Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery address of your order. Standard delivery times are usually between two to five business days after dispatch, although this may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays that are outside of our control.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will be able to monitor your delivery using the carrier’s online tracking system once you receive your tracking number. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, it will be treated in accordance with our Return Policy. In such cases, re-shipping may require an additional delivery charge.
